This little guy has a great personality, is confident, curious, independent and has the mug for flat faced dog lovers to swoon over. Maxx is only about 8 months old but he has the maturity of a much older dog. He loves to walk on the leash, go for rides, investigate new surroundings with a fine tooth comb and make sure he misses nothing. He is very curious and alert. Maxx is an independent sort that does not need to be babied or coddled. He loves attention and praise but unlike some small dogs, he is quite happy to support his own weight in the world and is not real comfortable being held and babied. He's too manly for that. He would be an excellent traveling, walking, hiking companion but would also be more than willing to sit by the fire and watch a movie at the end of a busy day. He gets along fine with other dogs and is OK with cats who hold their ground. Cats that run are fair game however. He is very handsome and will be an easy keeping kinda guy.
